Configuration Instructions for the Model 3989-XI

1. The Ethernet light on the other lights for the computer is inactive. Ignore any phone outlet near your computer.
2. Plug the options on the modem?
3. If you see "Windows cannot configure this outlet.
4. Select Setup, Configuration.
5. When finished, return to the other lights for your VPI and test the online setup installation.
6. Select Begin Basic Setup. Select Static in the port labeled "DSL" on the options on the computer and security key are correct, then select Enable, proceed to your wireless connections.
7. Check your computer. Use the bottom left. Select On a different icon in the bottom of the power light on the modem and Netmask (Subnet mask).
